Flexible Cancellation Request Form

Use this form to request cancellation of a Music Masters Collective registration for which Flexible Cancellation was purchased at the time of registration.

Flexible Cancellation allows you to cancel your eligible registration for any reason, provided MMC receives your completed cancellation request before the scheduled start of the event (3:00pm ET on Event Start Date). Submitting this form does not guarantee a refund. Refunds will only be issued for eligible registrations for which Flexible Cancellation was purchased at the time of registration. Registrations without Flexible Cancellation remain subject to MMC's standard cancellation and refund policy. Note: The Flexible Cancellation fee itself is non-refundable.
